The Notary Center
At the Notary Center we serve everyone professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
We take pride in delivering great service. We value your business and the opportunity to satisfy all your notary needs. We have a location that you may drop in or you can make an appointment. We also provide a mobile notary service. If you’re not able to come to us, then we can come to you.
Notary’s Duty?
A Notary’s duty is to screen the signers of important documents for their true identity, their willingness to sign without duress or intimidation, and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction. Some notarizations also require the Notary to put the signer under an oath, declaring under penalty of perjury that the information contained in a document is true and correct. Property deeds, wills and powers of attorney are examples of documents that commonly require a Notary.
Convenient
Why should you hire a mobile notary? You can’t beat it for convenience. You control the time and place of the meeting. Mobile notaries are accustomed to this and travel all over the place. I’ve done signings at soccer games, on movie locations, in hospital rooms, at hair salons, in parking structures, at grocery stores, on college campuses–just about anywhere. Why drive around in circles looking for an open notary office when you can have a mobile notary come directly to you.
Reliable
California notaries are not allowed to prepare or choose documents for their clients. Our duties are specifically defined by the Secretary of State. Basically we ensure that a document signer appears before us in person and is appropriately identified. We also administer oaths, if required.
Last-minute requests for notary service are always welcome. (Please phone or text!)
Volume discounts are available for large signing packages such as home mortgages, refinance agreements, and legal trusts.
